Are the film cameras working?

Our cameras are all in working conditions when mailed out and are individually tested with a dummy roll unless stated otherwise. Regardless, we strongly recommend you to test your cameras as soon as the product arrives.

Are the film cameras brand new?

All of our cameras are used. The cameras we bring in have been tested working before being put up for sale, but do double check the description for any cosmetics/electronic issues.

Where do you ship from?

We are based in Singapore and ship from Singapore.

Is there a warranty policy for the cameras?

All cameras that are stated working come with a 3-month warranty period from date of purchase. Please test/develop a roll with the camera within the warranty period- if you run into any issues please contact us immediately via INSTAGRAM DMs. There will be no extensions of warranty granted.

*does not apply to AS-IS cameras and faults that were already stated present during purchase. Warranty does not cover users damage and if there are any issues after the warranty period we will not be able to facilitate an exchange.

*As of 01/01/2022, our warranty policy will be VOIDED if we find that fake batteries have been used once the camera reaches you. Please make sure to purchase from reputable sources for legitimate batteries- especially online (We personally only purchase from ICMPHOTOGRAPHY or MICRO.CELL on Shopee or Lazada.). Is there a return/exchange/refund policy?

We only provide exchanges for cameras if you receive a camera that doesn’t work or comes up with issues within the 3 months warranty. We will only accept a return if it is proven to be faulty after we’ve done our checks. We DO NOT have a refund policy and only offer 1-to-1 exchanges with a camera of equal value.

Do you accept trade-ins?

We do not accept trade-ins.

What are the accepted payment methods?

For SINGAPORE customers- we only accept PayNow! or PayLah!, any bank is accepted.

For INTERNATIONAL customers- we accept PAYPAL. Please note that there will be a 5% additional charge from PayPal which will be deducted automatically from PayPal.

Is there a self collect/meetup option?

At the moment- no. We accept contactless delivery but the buyer has to cover the full charge of the delivery service (ie. grabexpress/lalamove) and only if it’s convenient to our schedules.

How much is shipping?

We only offer tracked delivery for an additional $4.50 per order.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we do! We’re so thankful for your support from all over the globe and we’re happy to ship worldwide! Our international shipment fees will be calculated at checkout.

How long is the handling time?

We’re just as excited for you to receive your cameras, so we aim to ship all orders that are ready stocks within 1-3 business days!

SINGAPORE:

– Tracked delivery takes 2-3 business days.

OVERSEAS:

– Delivery takes 1-3 business weeks depending on your location, all orders will be trackable!

*DO NOTE: Public holidays and weekends are not counted as business days.

Is it safe to mail?

YES. As a safety measure, all parcels are labeled with a ‘FRAGILE’ sticker and all cameras are packed securely in a box with packing peanuts.

Do you have a physical store?

No, we do not.
