Warranty/Returns Policy

Warranty 

Our warranty policy is strictly 3 months long from the date of purchase. Once 3 months have passed we are unfortunately unable to extend it or provide services to repair your cameras FOC. If an item arrives defective or damaged, do contact us immediately.

Our warranty does not cover user’s damage and our AS-IS cameras.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To facilitate an exchange, we will require an invoice or proof of purchase. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). 

– Any items that were not shipped but charged to the buyer.

– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

*As of 01/01/2022, our warranty policy will be VOIDED if we find that fake batteries have been used once the camera reaches you. Please make sure to purchase from reputable sources for legitimate batteries- especially online (We personally only purchase from ICMPHOTOGRAPHY or MICRO.CELL on Shopee or Lazada.). Refunds

We DO NOT offer full refunds due to a change of mind. We also do not offer refunds if your item is faulty or damaged and will only offer exchanges with a camera of equal value.

AS-IS items 

Only regular priced items may be exchanged or refunded, unfortunately cameras from our AS-IS sales cannot be exchanged or refunded. AS-IS cameras are also not covered by our warranty.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

If your item turns up to be faulty, our technician will have to inspect it. Following that, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of an exchange or repair. This process will take 5-7 working days from the date of when we receive it. If the camera is unrepairable, we will replace it with a camera of equal value. 

Shipping 

To return your product, please DM us on Instagram for further instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

As we are not responsible for lost mail, we highly recommend using a mailing service that is trackable. We will also not be responsible for damaged mail, so using a box or bubble wrap to protect the camera in the mail is recommended. Please remove batteries and film before mailing.
